What we collect

• Account data: email address, name, hashed password or sign-in provider id.
• Content you create in the app.
• Billing status from our payment processor Stripe. We never see your card number.
• Server logs with IP address and user agent, kept for 30 days.
• Anonymous usage analytics (Umami) without cookies or cross-site tracking.

Why

To provide the service, process payments, send transactional email (sign-in links, receipts, service notices), prevent abuse, and improve the product. Legal bases: contract performance and legitimate interest. We do not sell data and do not send marketing email without consent.

Processors

Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting, Germany or Finland), Stripe Technology Europe Limited (payments and merchant of record), Resend Inc. (email delivery). Data is stored in the EU except where a processor operates elsewhere under standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct or delete your data from the app or by emailing us. EU residents may complain to their local data protection authority.

Cookies

Only a session cookie required for signing in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
